Dr. Cheng is currently an honorary professor in the Department of Psychology at National Taiwan University and the moderator of the 25th National Lecture. He has served as the Dean of the Department of Psychology and the Director of the Institute of Psychology at National Taiwan University, the President of the Taiwan Psychological Society, the Founding President of the Taiwan Business Psychology Association (TAIOP), and a visiting scholar and visiting professor at the University of California, Berkeley, the University of Cambridge, and the European Institute of Management (INSEAD).
