Dr. Guo Jianzhi, currently a professor in the Department of Psychology of National Chengchi University, has served as the director of the Department of Psychology of Chung Yuan University, the secretary-general of the Taiwan Psychological Society, the chairman of the Taiwan Society of Business Psychology, and the co-editor-in-chief of local psychology research. His main research interests are organizational culture and workplace health and safety issues, workplace communication and gossip, workplace exclusion and mistreatment, personnel selection and tool development.
