Digital power

From Extra to Survival

If you don’t transform, you can’t do it!

Digital power includes the ability to apply emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the Internet of Things to optimize business models, innovate products and services, and improve efficiency. In today’s business environment, digital power has evolved from a bonus item to a necessity for business survival. It empowers businesses with the ability to innovate, be flexible, and efficient, making them stand out in a competitive environment. Therefore, companies should actively invest in and develop digital capabilities and incorporate them into their strategic planning to ensure future success and sustainable competitive advantage.

We are honored to have Professor Hu Changya, Professor of the Department of Business Administration and Director of the MBA at National Chengchi University, as the keynote speaker of “Digital Power”.

In this session on Digital Power, we will introduce how organizations and leaders can promote the three stages of digital transformation: digitalization, digital optimization, and digital innovation, based on the eight steps of Kotter’s organizational change: (1) raising crisis awareness, (2) building a leadership team, (3) proposing the right vision, (4) communicating the vision for change, (5) empowering employees to strengthen functions, (6) creating short-term results, (7) consolidating results, and (8) deepening corporate culture. He also shared his practice on how to implement the above steps.
