Corporate culture is shaped by the core values and beliefs of the organization, and they are the cornerstones of the values, behavior patterns, and communication styles that exist in the organization. These core values and beliefs guide the company’s operations and decision-making, influencing employee behaviors and attitudes.
Create scenarios to guide colleagues to be aware of their own behavior
Behind each behavior can be observed the values, beliefs, and principles upheld by the doujin. Through the lecturer’s guided reflection structure, colleagues are encouraged to be self-aware, adjust their beliefs about their habitual behaviors, and then communicate the key behaviors expected by the organization.
