Dr. Tsai Song-chun is currently an associate professor and head of the Department of Psychology and Counseling at National Taipei University of Education. He used to be a psychological counselor for enterprises and government units, the director of human resources for the promotion and education department of Chinese Culture University, and a science and technology training manager in South Asia. His research interests include workplace interpersonal relationships, organizational leadership behavior, workplace mental health, corporate employee counseling, and local psychology.
